All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Costs
In most cases, we cover the shipping costs, which means shipping is free for the customer.

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

lost shipments;

additional shipping costs
resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
Once delivery is confirmed by tracking, the order is considered fulfilled.
Damaged Packages During Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence of:

the outer packaging;

the damaged item.
Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take time to appear.
Shipping Restrictions

If an order is canceled for this reason, the customer will receive a full refund.
