TOTO Workshop is a small independent workshop based in Ukraine, creating handcrafted tactical props and masks under real wartime conditions.

Despite air raid sirens, power outages, and constant uncertainty, the work continues.
These conditions shape not only our process, but also the character of every piece we create.

Each mask is made by hand — with discipline, focus, and uncompromising attention to detail.

We do not rely on factory templates or mass production.
Every item goes through a complete process — from concept and prototyping to final hand finishing.

Materials, forms, and textures are carefully selected to ensure that each mask:
