Return & Refund Policy
General Terms
We offer a 30-day return request policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
Handmade Products & Uniqueness Disclaimer
All of our products are handmade. As a result:

each item is unique;
-
minor variations in color, shape, texture, proportions, or small details may occur;
-
slight visual imperfections or signs of handcrafting are normal.
⚠️ These characteristics are inherent to handmade products, do not constitute defects, and are not grounds for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Product images on our website are provided for reference purposes only. The actual product may differ slightly from the images shown.
Conditions Under Which a Return MAY Be Considered
A return will only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:

the item is unused and shows no signs of wear or damage;

the item is returned in its original condition;

original packaging, tags, and all components are included;

proof of purchase is provided;

the return request has been approved by us in writing prior to shipping.
❗ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense or disposed of.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

custom, personalized, or made-to-order items;
-
handmade items that match the product description;
-
minor cosmetic or visual variations;
-
dissatisfaction based on personal taste or expectations;
-
change of mind after delivery;
-
sale or discounted items;
-
gift cards;
-
items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Damages, Defects & Order Errors
We only review claims related to:
-
significant damage caused during shipping;
-
manufacturing defects that affect the functionality of the item;
-
receipt of an incorrect item.
⏱️ Such claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photo and/or video evidence of the packaging and the item.
Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of our decision.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Original shipping fees, taxes, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
